Not only is it our job to find a buyer for your home, but as professional Realtors, we’ll perform a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) which helps determine the value of your home. We’ll also help you prepare your home, list it, market it and much more. We keep you informed every step of the way. When we do receive offers, we negotiate on your behalf, adhere to the deadlines and work with the lender, home inspectors and lawyers to help facilitate a smooth sale.
